Welcome Back
Long evenings, soft lights, little minds at rest.
Welcome back to The Wind-down, our monthly newsletter where we share what our team has been up to, the projects and videos we are working on, and the dreams we're building towards.
This Month
Mother's Day, summer, & the magic of a steady routine.
As we enter the month of May, we're turning our attention to Mother's Day and the transition into summer—a season filled with end-of-year parties, treats, extra time with friends, and plenty of excitement. If you haven't already built a routine with Ozmotic, now is the perfect time to start. Ozmotic Learning helps keep young minds engaged so the pencil doesn't dull over the summer months.

New: Languages
As you may have noticed, we're beginning to introduce new language content, with an initial focus on Spanish, French, and German. We'll be rolling this out gradually and refining our approach based on your feedback and requests.
Behind the Scenes
What we've been building.
We've made several updates to the backend of our app this month. You may have noticed improvements to video streaming, along with updated messaging such as "Buffering" and "Searching for Updates." We hope these changes have reduced interruptions and created a smoother, more enjoyable viewing experience.
We are in the process of refreshing some of our existing videos and thumbnails as we continue to refine our brand. These updates happen automatically in your app, so you might just notice small, visual upgrades.
As our library continues to grow—now with over 125 videos—we're exploring better ways to organize content. We know that scrolling through a long list isn't ideal, and we'd love your input on how to make navigation more intuitive moving forward.
From Our Family to Yours
Tips for Putting Little People to Bed
We definitely don't have it all figured out, but here's what's been working for our family… this month (because, as parents know, it's always changing!):
Get outside after dinner.
A quick walk, bike ride, or just playing in the yard has been a great reset before starting the bedtime routine. Fresh air seems to help everyone wind down a little easier (and get some extra energy out!).
"Kitchen is closing!"
A small but mighty boundary—having an evening snack in the kitchen before bed, followed by a clear "kitchen is closed," has helped cut down on bedtime requests and keeps food out of bedrooms.
Interactive books for little ones.
Our one-year-old is loving Where's Waldo? books right now. Even if he can't always find Waldo, he enjoys pointing, exploring, and being part of the search.
Keep the wind-down consistent.
After books, we still end the night with Ozmotic—choosing a couple of educational videos and finishing with something from the Meditative library. It's become a cue that bedtime is right around the corner.
