The Science of Ozmotic
The Wind-Down Transition
We don't force brain states. Our content is designed to gently support the natural shift from active alertness (Beta) into relaxed calmness (Alpha) necessary for sleep onset.
Consistent Sleep Signals
Using consistent, gentle audio cues nightly signals the brain that it's time to rest. This Pavlovian response helps smooth the transition into sleep.
The Pre-Sleep "Sponge" Phase
Young brains are uniquely receptive just before sleep. We utilize this fertile window for passive exposure to foundational concepts like phonics and numbers.

We’re always creating new videos, themes, and experiences — new content will be added regularly.
How does Ozmotic Learning enhance bedtime routines?
Our content nurtures imagination, language development, emotional understanding, and curiosity. Ozmotic learning is not meant to replace a bedtime routine, it is meant to complement your nightly routine. Many families use it as a transition after reading together or as a calm-down tool before lights out.
Can parents choose or customize what is taught each night?
Yes! Parents can select videos or playlists directly in the app. You can select each video individually, create your own playlist with a group of videos, or utilize a playlist curated by our Ozmotic Learning team.
How long should each nightly session last?
Most families use it for 10–20 minutes before lights out, though you can adjust the duration to fit your child’s needs.
Can multiple children use it at the same time? Can I control multiple projectors with one app?
Yes, the projection is large enough to be enjoyed by more than one child at a time if you have children sharing a bedroom. If you have multiple projectors in different locations of your home, you do have the ability to control both from your phone.
What age range is Ozmotic Learning best suited for?
Ozmotic Learning is ideal for ages 0-10, though older and younger children enjoy it too! Content is designed to be adaptable, calming, and developmentally appropriate.
